By accessing or using Edixs (edixs.com) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Edixs provides an online visual editor with file storage on AWS S3 (via UploadThing), cookie-based authentication, Neon database storage, PostHog analytics, and OpenAI-powered image generation.

3. User Obligations

You must comply with all applicable laws, maintain the security of your account, and refrain from uploading unlawful or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform and its content are owned by Edixs. You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Edixs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
